In a continued effort to help sellers we have launched a new service effectively allowing you to act as your own agent and save money in fees.

This differs from our main business in as much as when the seller is prepared to offer us full commission of 3% or 5,000€ whichever is the higher, we have to allow for marketing and advertising costs and commissions for our local and international agents. Upon agreement with the seller, we would visit the property and take at least 30 - 40 photos. We totally ensure the legality of the property, and only then are details placed on our website, in our office windows, newspaper and magazine advertisements and any other property portal to which we subscribe. Our full service includes listing your property with other collaborating agents throughout Costa Blanca, Murcia and Almeria. We send out weekly updates of properties listed, sold, removed and reduced to all our collaborators and agents.

THE ALTERNATIVE APPROACH

If you are within a 20 kilometre radius of our office in La Murada, we will visit the property, provide an accurate valuation and take photos (max 4) and a write up of the property which we will then place onto our website only, effectively giving you control of any potential sale which would be passed directly to you. If you live outside these perimeters then we would ask you to take photos and write a description of the property in question and email to us using the Owners Page enquiry form on our website. We will amend accordingly if necessary. This means that we can take on properties throughout Spain and the Baleric and Canary Islands. Once payment has been made into our bank account your property details will go live immediately.

Should you consider a “do-it-yourself” approach, then we can offer this listing service to you for just 99€ plus IVA (117€) payable at the time details and photos are taken. No further fees would be payable by the owner. Upon receipt of an enquiry we will put seller and buyer together and in many instances accompany the potential buyer to the premises.

Once a potential buyer is found, you will have the option of continuing with the sale yourselves or alternatively referring back to us for full legal and financial assistance. Should this be the case then our 3% fee (less the amount already paid) would be chargeable at Notary.
